Because of a change in the governor’s order regarding outdoor event capacity limits, Penn Manor will now hold a single commencement ceremony at 7 p.m. June 3 in Millersville University’s Biemesderfer Stadium.
Members of the Class of 2021 will receive seven admission tickets each for family/friends to attend the ceremony. The stadium will open at 6 p.m. that evening.
